Biography

Health and fitness had been a lifelong journey for Kon. Beginning at around 12 years old, he studied martial arts (Shaolin Kung Fu, Okinawan Karate, American Kickboxing, Muay Thai) throughout his high school years. In his early 20s, Kon discovered the world of bodybuilding and soccer. He played with a men’s open soccer travel team for several years. After taking a hiatus from both sports for a few years, Kon found the sport of triathlon. He has completed dozens of Half Marathons (13.1), Full Marathons (26.2), Half Ironman Triathlons (70.3) and is an Ironman Triathlon (140.6) finisher.

Kon follows a holistic approach to health and fitness. He believes health and fitness is a lifelong journey to achieve a balance between the mind and the body (mental, physical activities, nutrition). He works with each individual client based on their personal goals. Kon has helped hundreds of people of all ages and skill levels to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. He has coached athletes in various sports and clients from 5 to 80+ years old. With almost two decades of experience, Kon has the experience and patience to help anyone achieve their health and fitness goals.
