Biography

In my career as a coach and fitness professional, I have worked with a wide variety of clients who just wanted to become fitter, stronger, and leaner, or wanted a lifestyle change. I have also helped athletes of all levels to improve their performance in various sports including track and field, football, wrestling, powerlifting, and combat sports. My approach to coaching athletes and clients is about educating and empowering them with the knowledge that will make them functional, fit, and strong.
